Combo, Itty Bitty Instructor –
Suelyn has been dancing since the age of 5. She has been trained in classical ballet, point, lyrical, contemporary, jazz, hip-hop, gymnastics and musical theater. She has been performing in groups since she started dancing and she began competing in group numbers when she was 8 years old. When she was ten she started choreographing and competing solos. At the young age of 13, she was given the part of King Rat in the Uintah Basin Ballet Company’s production of The Nutcracker and “The 80′s” solo the year after in their production of Revolution. In high school, Suelyn earned the parts of Belle in Beauty & The Beast and Mayzie La Bird in Seussical the Musical. Suelyn has been a member and choreographer of multiple performing arts groups including Utah State University’s Stagelight, Roosevelt Utah’s Bravada & Encore, Camille Swain’s Singing Sensations and she later went on to form her own performing group- The Vocals! While in college, Suelyn was on SUU’s ballroom dance company. She is now attending UVU where she is majoring in Dance Education. She has had students from ages two to seventeen and taught classes in hip hop, jazz, combination classes and musical theater. She loves working to help her students learn and meet their highest potential!
