Company Director, Jazz and Hip Hop Instructor –

Alyse has a passion for dancing and helping others around her gain the joy and accomplishment one can achieve through the art of dance. She started taking dance classes at West Pointe Studios where she studied hip hop, jazz, and ballet, as well as gymnastics at Rocky Mountain Gymnastics. She continued dancing in high school where she was an officer for the dance company and the drill team’s president. She has received many dance awards through the years at dance competitions and other events, one being the Sterling Scholar in Dance for her high school. She danced on the professional dance team for the Utah Flash D-league NBA team for three years, as one of their captains. With the Utah Flash she had the opportunity to travel around the state talking to children about not only dance, but also the benefits that can come from living a healthy and active life. She has done choreography and judging for local high school teams throughout Utah and is currently continuing to take dance classes at Utah Valley University where she is majoring in Biology and Community Health and planning to continue her education in the medical field. Alyse is currently living in Lehi, Utah with her husband and is excited to yet again have the opportunity to teach children how to dance!
